अपना खाता मिटाएँ

ऐप में: Me → Account settings → Delete account। इससे आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल, आदतें और इतिहास हमारे सर्वर से मिट जाते हैं। ऐप न चले तो हमें अपने रजिस्टर्ड नंबर से ईमेल करें।

In the app

  1. Open GRP Aura and go to Me → Account settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

This permanently erases your profile, habits, check-ins, points, meal logs, community posts and other history from our servers. It can’t be undone.

Without the app

Email support@grpaura.com from any address with the mobile number or email on your account, or call +91 62327 25200. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.

What we may keep

Records the law requires us to keep for a limited time (for example, of gifts delivered) are kept only as long as needed, then deleted.
